AGES 18 MONTHS - 3 YEARS

Little Ones and Loved Ones

An interactive, parent-assisted class designed to introduce toddlers to basic movement, balance, and coordination.

  • Early socialization and learning to follow simple instructions
  • Fundamental gross motor skills like jumping, climbing, and forward rolls
  • A safe, structured environment for bonding and building confidence
AGES 3-6

Tiny Tumbling

The perfect introduction to gymnastics-based movement for young athletes in a fun and supportive environment.

  • Forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges
  • Coordination, strength, flexibility, and confidence
  • Body awareness, balance, teamwork, and love for the sport
AGES 6-18

Level 1 Tumbling

Designed for athletes ready to build a strong tumbling foundation while developing strength, flexibility, and confidence.

  • Forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs
  • Backbends, bridge kickovers, and back walkovers
  • Body control, shaping, and core strength for proper progression
AGES 6-18

Level 2 Tumbling

For athletes who have mastered Level 1 fundamentals and are ready to take their tumbling skills to the next level.

  • Standing back handsprings and round-off back handsprings
  • Multiple back handspring connections, front walkovers, and dive rolls
  • Technique, power, execution, and safe skill progression
AGES 6-18

Level 3 Tumbling

Built for athletes who have mastered Level 2 and are ready for more advanced tumbling technique and dynamic combinations.

  • Standing multiple back handsprings, aerials, punch fronts, and front handsprings
  • Round-off back handspring back tucks and specialty passes
  • Power, speed, body control, endurance, and consistency
AGES 6-18

Level 4 Tumbling

Designed for athletes who have solidified Level 3 skills and are ready to advance to higher-level tumbling.

  • Standing back tucks and standing back handspring back tucks
  • Round-off back handspring layouts and front handspring step-outs to layouts
  • Elite front and back combinations with progression toward twisting skills
AGES 18+

Stryve Strong Open

A fun, supportive class designed for adults who want to stay active, learn new skills, or get back into tumbling in a positive, low-pressure environment.

  • Build strength, flexibility, and body awareness through progressions tailored to your level
  • Learn or revisit skills like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and basic tumbling safely
  • Boost confidence, reduce stress, and enjoy a great workout in a fun, encouraging atmosphere
